president of PSW association says she has seen “tonnes of abuse”

Ontario Personal Support Worker (PSW) Association President Miranda Ferrier told CityNewsToronto that she has seen “tonnes of abuse,” and that ongoing abuse in institutions is one of the main reasons for setting up the association, which has repeatedly called on the Ontario provincial government to regulate PSWs.
